DESE Mask Update

Today, DESE Commissioner Jeff Riley issued a mask mandate for all public schools in Massachusetts. Last evening the School Committee voted 5-0 to adopt a district policy to comply with Commissioner Riley’s mandate. Individuals must wear face coverings while inside school buildings except while eating/drinking or during mask breaks. Masks are not required when outdoors for: recess, physical education, and outdoor learning. As of today, masks must be worn in all NAPS buildings and on school buses/vans.
